The Chicago facility is located less than 5 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, a hub for both American and United Airlines. The facility is also strategically sited close to both the major north-south, as well as the east-west interstate. The Canadian Pacific Intermodal rail yard is less than 10 miles away.

We take advantage of the strong distribution infrastructure available in the midwest. Our location, combined with our working hours, allows us to provide same day services to customers anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Our Chicago warehouse includes a flammable liquids storage room. This room has been inspected and approved for use by both the local fire and building departments of Des Plaines, Il. The room meets US standards UL263 and ASTME 119. Our facility employees are trained and experienced in the handling, storage, and distribution of such materials.
The facility is equipped with a wide range of material handling equipment, including forklifts. Additional or specialized equipment for specific material handling needs is available.
The facility is 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters) Space is available in bulk storage, palletized racking, standard shelving units, and spare parts bin storage, in addition to the flammable liquids storage room mentioned above.
The two senior managers on the site each have over 20 years experience in warehouse management, logistics, and distribution services. New employees receive extensive training, both in overall logistics service providing as well as client specific training, to ensure optimum service levels.
The facility is equipped with a security and alarm system, monitored 24 hours a day by a central station. The local police department is dispatched to the site immediately if there is an alarm. This arrangement meets or exceeds the insurance plan requirements of existing clients. The building is also protected with a fire sprinkler system.
No environmental hazards are known to exist on the site or in the immediate area.
Temperature and humidity are monitored, with daily readings taken.
Bonded warehouse facilities are available in the area, managed by DHL- Danzas Air & Ocean.

Inventory Management
Cycle counts are performed regularly on site.
We compensate the client for inventory loss and damage.
The compensation for loss is provided beyond agreed acceptable levels
of variation.
FIFO management, LIFO management, serial number specific inventory
controls, and stock rotation are all available.
Returned goods, RMA's, upgrades and swaps are all available services
and are currently provided to other clients. These services include
the physical handling, plus the information systems side of the process.
Procedures for reporting overages/shortages exist. These procedures are developed individually to meet each client’s specific needs.

Import and Customs Brokerage
The service is provided by our global partners DHL Danzas Air & Ocean.

Flexibility (Adaptability)
We consider flexibility to be a key element in our business philosophy. Our working hours are 8 AM to 7 PM daily. This expanded “working day” allows the ability to process orders and accommodate customers located on either the West Coast or East Coast at times that fit with their working day and needs. Orders received prior to 6 PM are processed and shipped the same day. 24/7 and on call services are available upon request. While 7 PM is considered the nominal “closing” time, the warehouse is never closed until all order for all clients have been shipped and processed for the day.
Track and trace service from dispatch to POD is available.
Special packaging services are available upon request.
We currently ship hazardous materials for other clients. We provide the necessary paperwork to the carriers and meet their criteria for such shipments.
Urgent delivery services are available, as well as Next Flight Out (NFO) services.
Cost reduction plans with gain sharing are developed with individual clients.
